How to cancel GPU server rentals
Plans renew automatically every month, and we email you before each renewal. Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again.
You can cancel GPU server rentals with FullGPU in any month, with no cancellation fee. Contact support through the contact form before your next renewal date, and your server stays available until the end of the month you have already paid for. The minimum term is one month, and you are not charged again after you cancel.
How renewal works
- Plans renew automatically each month.
- We send you a reminder by email before every renewal.
- Card payments are billed on the same day each month. With crypto, you pay each month from your wallet.
- Your price is fixed for each paid month. We may change prices for future months only with at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
Material changes to our terms are notified by email at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal. For the full billing picture, see how GPU server billing works.
How to cancel
- Back up your data. After the paid month, the server is decommissioned and its disks are securely erased. See what happens to your data after cancellation.
- Send a cancellation request through the contact form before your next renewal date. Include the IP address of each server you want to cancel.
- Keep using the server until the end of the paid month. You are not charged again.
The reminder email before each renewal is a good moment to decide. Do not wait for the last day: your request has to reach us before the renewal date.
What canceling costs
Nothing. There is no cancellation fee. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, except in the cases set out in our refund policy, such as a missed delivery date; see refunds. If you only want a smaller or different server, you do not need to cancel: see upgrades and plan changes.
Minimum term and longer terms
The minimum term is one month. If you only need a GPU for a few hours or days, hourly billing may suit you better; our monthly vs hourly GPU pricing comparison explains the trade-off.
Longer terms and volume pricing can be agreed in writing, such as 6 to 12 months or several servers, usually from three. Rack-scale systems such as the NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 are offered on 12 to 36 month terms. The binding rules are in section 7 of our terms of service.
