Terms of service
Monthly rental of dedicated GPU servers, paid in advance, with a one-month minimum. Cancel anytime before renewal. Delivery date confirmed before you pay, full refund if we miss it.
1. Who we are
fullgpu.com and the FullGPU service are operated by FullGPU ("FullGPU", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and of any server you rent from us. By placing an order or using the service, you accept these Terms.
2. The service
We rent dedicated GPU servers on monthly terms. Each GPU you rent is a whole physical GPU assigned only to you: 8-GPU servers are bare-metal machines, and single-GPU plans run in a dedicated virtual machine with the full GPU passed through. The exact configuration (GPU model and count, CPU, memory, storage, network, location) is stated in the order confirmation we send before payment and forms part of your contract.
3. Orders
- You request a server through the website.
- We confirm in writing the configuration, the monthly price, the location and the delivery date.
- Your order becomes binding when you pay the first month.
- We provision the server and send you access credentials by email.
We may decline an order, in particular when stock is not available, when verification is required and not completed (see our Verification Policy), or when providing the service would breach applicable law.
4. Prices and billing
- Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly in advance, and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable.
- Your price is fixed for each paid month. We may change prices for future months by giving you at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
- Plans renew automatically each month. We send a reminder by email before every renewal.
- There is no setup fee and no charge for egress traffic within the included bandwidth allowance.
5. Payment methods
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin on-chain and Lightning, Ethereum, USDT on TRON and Ethereum, USDC on Ethereum, Base and Solana, Litecoin). For crypto payments, the amount due is calculated from the USD price at the exchange rate locked when you check out; network fees are paid by the sender, and underpaid invoices are not considered paid until the balance is received. The same invoice is issued whatever the payment method.
6. Delivery
The delivery date confirmed before your payment is a firm commitment. If we do not deliver your server by that date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Term, renewal and cancellation
The minimum term is one month. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by contacting us before your next renewal date. Your server remains available until the end of the paid month, after which it is decommissioned and its disks are securely erased. Longer terms and volume pricing may be agreed in writing.
8. Your responsibilities
- Use the service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws.
- Keep your credentials and SSH keys secure; you are responsible for activity on your servers.
- Back up your data. Local storage is not backed up by us unless agreed in writing.
9. Service levels
We commit to 99.9% monthly availability for power, network and hardware on every server, with service credits if we fall short, as defined in our Service Level Agreement. Support is available 24/7.
10. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you store on your servers. We do not access it except when necessary to operate or repair the service at your request, or when required by law. Disks are securely erased between customers. Personal data that we process about you is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Suspension
We may suspend a server, after notice where reasonably possible, in case of non-payment, a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, a security threat to our infrastructure or other customers, or a legal requirement. We restore the service as soon as the cause is resolved.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the affected server during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, revenue or data. Service credits under the SLA are your primary remedy for unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal; the version in force when you pay applies to that month.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of FullGPU is established, as stated on your invoice. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where relevant.
15. Contact
