Billing & payments

Your GPU server invoice and VAT

You receive an invoice for every payment, whether you pay by card or crypto. Here is what it covers and what to send us so it is right for your company.

Your GPU server invoice and VAT work the same way whatever you pay with: you receive an invoice for every payment, our prices are in US dollars, and VAT and other taxes are added where applicable. If you buy for a company, your company details and VAT number can appear on your invoices.

An invoice for every payment

We issue an invoice for every payment you make: the first month, each monthly renewal, and any other payment, such as the prorated charge when you upgrade. Because there is no setup fee and no egress fee within your bandwidth allowance, a monthly invoice is simple: the server's monthly price, plus any tax that applies. Our guide to how GPU server billing works explains when each payment falls.

If you need a copy of an invoice for your records, ask us through the contact form and tell us which payment it concerns.

Adding your company details and VAT number

Company details and a VAT number can appear on your invoices. Send them with your server request, or through the contact form before you pay, so that your first invoice is right from the start:

  • the company's legal name and address, and its registration number if you want it shown;
  • your VAT number, if your company has one.

If your company details change, let us know before your next renewal so the following invoices reflect them.

How VAT and other taxes are added

  • Currency US dollars
  • Listed prices exclude VAT and other taxes
  • Taxes added where applicable
  • Invoices one for every payment, card or crypto

Every price on our pricing page, and the monthly price in your written confirmation, is a US dollar price before tax. Where VAT or another tax applies to your purchase, it is added on top of that price, whichever payment method you use.

Card or crypto: the same invoice

The same invoice is issued whatever the payment method. With crypto, the amount you send is calculated from the US dollar price at the exchange rate locked when you check out, so your invoice is based on the same dollar price as a card payment. See paying with crypto for networks, fees and underpayments.

If your finance team needs predictable monthly spend for budgets and procurement, see GPUs for enterprises.

Questions about a charge

If something is wrong with a charge, contact us first through the contact form so we can put it right; our refund guide explains how refunds are paid. Prices, taxes and payment methods are governed by sections 4 and 5 of our terms of service.

Frequently asked questions

Are your prices shown with or without VAT?

Can my company name and VAT number appear on the invoice?

Yes. Send us your company details and VAT number, ideally before you pay, and they can appear on your invoices.

Do I get an invoice if I pay with crypto?
