The short answer to how long to get a GPU server from FullGPU: it depends on the configuration and stock. In-stock servers get the earliest available slot, while large orders and rack-scale systems are scheduled with our team. Either way, we confirm your delivery date in writing before you pay, and if we miss it, you can cancel for a full refund.

From request to root access

  1. Request a server on the site with the configuration, the quantity, your preferred payment method and any notes, such as the OS image you want.
  2. Receive a written confirmation of the configuration, the monthly price, the location and the delivery date.
  3. Pay the first month through the payment link, by card or crypto. Your order becomes binding at this point.
  4. Get your credentials by email. We provision the server and send your access details. You log in as root over SSH.

Nothing is charged before step 3, so you can check every detail of the confirmation first.

How long each type of order takes

  • In-stock servers get the earliest available slot, stated in your confirmation. Our GPU pages show live prices and stock.
  • Large orders, such as several 8-GPU servers, are scheduled with our team, and the confirmation gives you the date.
  • Rack-scale systems such as the GB300 NVL72 are also scheduled with our team; see rack-scale systems.
  • Orders that need verification get their delivery date once verification is done. Most orders need only an email address and a payment; see identity verification.

We may decline an order when stock is not available, when required verification is not completed, or when providing the service would breach applicable law.

If we miss the delivery date

The delivery date in your confirmation is a firm commitment. If we do not deliver your server by that date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid. Card payments are refunded to the card used; crypto payments are refunded at their original US dollar value, in USDC or in the coin you used. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; see refunds.

What you get on day one

  • Access root over SSH, with SSH keys
  • OS images Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 with NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, Docker and the NVIDIA Container Toolkit preinstalled; ROCm images for AMD; Debian or Rocky Linux on request
  • Network a public IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64, with DDoS mitigation on public IPs
  • Storage local NVMe, as listed for your configuration

Private networking between your servers is available on request. Our quickstart guide covers your first steps on the server, and the OS images guide covers the available images. The order steps and the delivery commitment are set out in sections 3 and 6 of our terms of service.

Frequently asked questions

When does my order become binding?

When you pay the first month. Before that, the written confirmation gives you the configuration, monthly price, location and delivery date, so you can check everything first.

Can I choose the operating system?

Yes. Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 come with NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, Docker and the NVIDIA Container Toolkit preinstalled, AMD servers use ROCm images, and Debian or Rocky Linux are available on request.

Why might my server take longer to arrive?

Large orders and rack-scale systems are scheduled with our team, and orders that need verification get their delivery date once verification is done. Either way, the date is confirmed in writing before you pay.
