Our GPU rental refund policy, explained

A missed delivery date means a full refund. Canceling stops future charges, and downtime below our 99.9% commitment earns service credits.

Our GPU rental refund policy covers three situations. If we miss the delivery date we confirmed in writing, you can cancel and get a full refund. If you cancel, you are not charged again, but the current month is not refunded. If your server's monthly availability falls below 99.9%, you receive service credits under our SLA. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

Full refund if we miss your delivery date

Before you pay, we confirm your server's delivery date in writing, along with the configuration, monthly price and location. That date is a firm commitment. If we do not deliver by then, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

When an order needs verification, the delivery date is confirmed once verification is done, so the commitment always applies to a date you have in writing. See delivery and provisioning for the full order flow.

Canceling: no further charges

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, by contacting us before your next renewal date. Your server stays available until the end of the paid month, and you are not charged again.

The current month is not refunded, except as described in our refund policy. Canceling halfway through a month does not return the unused days, so the best moment to decide is when the reminder email arrives before your renewal. Use the rest of the paid month to copy your data off the server. See renewals and cancellation for the steps.

Downtime: service credits

If your server's monthly availability falls below 99.9%, you receive a service credit of 10% to 100% of that server's monthly fee, depending on how low availability fell. Request it through support within 30 days after the end of the affected month. Credits are applied to your next invoice, or refunded if your service ends. See SLA credits for the full table.

How refunds are paid

  • Card payments are refunded to the card used for the payment.
  • Crypto payments are refunded at their original US dollar value, in USDC or in the cryptocurrency used, to a wallet address you control and confirm in writing.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Because crypto refunds are based on the original dollar value, the amount of coin you receive can differ from what you sent if the exchange rate has moved. A refund in USDC keeps the dollar amount stable.

If a charge looks wrong

If something is wrong with a charge, contact us first through the contact form so we can put it right. Tell us the date, the amount and how you paid. The binding text is our refund policy; delivery and cancellation are also covered in our terms of service.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a refund for unused days if I cancel mid-month?

No. Canceling stops future charges and your server stays available until the end of the paid month, which is not refunded. The exceptions are a missed delivery date and service credits under the SLA.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Card refunds go back to the card used for the payment.

In which currency are crypto payments refunded?

At their original US dollar value, in USDC or in the cryptocurrency you used, sent to a wallet address you control and confirm in writing.
