Verification policy
Most orders only need an email address and a payment. We ask for more only when risk or the law requires it, and we always tell you why.
1. Our approach
Most customers order with an email address and a payment. Because GPU capacity is valuable and subject to export control and sanctions rules, FullGPU may ask for verification in specific cases, and we keep it proportionate.
2. When we may ask
- Large orders, such as several 8-GPU servers or rack-scale systems.
- Signals of fraud or payment risk.
- A possible match during sanctions screening.
- When the law or a payment provider requires it.
3. What we may ask for
Company details and registration, the identity of the person ordering, proof of address, and a short description of the intended use. We tell you exactly what is needed and why.
4. How fast we decide
We review promptly and tell you the outcome as soon as the review is complete. Your delivery date is confirmed once verification is done.
5. Your data
Verification information is used only for this purpose, protected and kept no longer than the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
