Refund policy
Missed delivery date: full refund. Cancel anytime: no further charges. Unavailability: service credits under the SLA.
1. Missed delivery date
Before you pay, we confirm the delivery date of your server in writing. If we miss it, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your server stays available until the end of the paid month and you are not charged again. The current month is not refunded, except as described on this page.
3. Service unavailability
If your server's monthly availability falls below 99.9%, you receive service credits as described in our Service Level Agreement.
4. How refunds are paid
- Card payments are refunded to the card used for the payment.
- Crypto payments are refunded at their original US dollar value, in USDC or in the cryptocurrency used, to a wallet address you control and confirm in writing.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

If something is wrong with a charge, contact us first through our contact form so we can put it right.
