FAQ

Before you write

What to expect when you contact us.

Ask an engineer
Is there an email address or phone number?

We handle every request through this form, so it reaches an engineer with the details needed to answer properly. We reply by email, and we can schedule a call if you prefer to talk it through.

Do I commit to anything by sending a request?

No. A request is free and without commitment. Your order only becomes binding when you pay the first month, after we have confirmed the configuration, price, location and delivery date in writing.

Can you help me choose a GPU?

Yes, that is what most requests are about. Tell us the model you run, the precision, context length and expected traffic, and we propose a configuration with its monthly price and delivery date.

Do you offer volume or term pricing?

Yes, for 6 to 12-month terms or several servers, usually from three servers. Mention the quantity and duration in your request and we send a written quote.

How do I report abuse or a security issue?

Use this form and include as much detail as possible: IP address, time, evidence and what you observed. Reports are reviewed by an engineer.
